If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any Canada Post location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
